What you see
“No chin”, the chin “slopes back” in photos taken from the side, or the opposite: the chin looks too heavy (an overly wide chin segment).
What the cause may be
The shape and position of the lower jaw, not only the soft tissue: fillers only mask the issue for a while.
What the doctor looks at
The position and size of the lower jaw, the type of bite, symmetry, indications for genioplasty (including osteotomy of the chin segment) or orthognathic correction.
