Bite

“I was told about my bite”

Teeth wear down, chewing is difficult, the orthodontist said “you need surgery”, braces do not help; or there is pain and clicking in the jaw joint when chewing.

Not the teeth, but a mismatch in the size and position of the jaws: braces do not remove the skeletal cause.

The type of bite, the skeletal class, the condition of the temporomandibular joint; a 3D plan for repositioning the jaws, developed together with the orthodontist (surgically, a maxillary and/or mandibular osteotomy; when indicated, bimaxillary surgery).
